The Montecito Fire Protection District is looking for a qualified construction management firm to manage four projects for the Fire District. Project management includes:

Planning projects
Obtaining necessary permits
Hiring and overseeing contractors
Ensuring all projects are completed according to code requirements

Defensible Space Chipping Project

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Defensible Space Chipping Project shall be received to furnish and deliver materials and labor as described in the terms, conditions and specifications prepared by the Montecito Fire Department. Bids will be received at Fire Station 1, located at 595 San Ysidro Road, Santa Barbara, California, until 12:00 P.M., December 31, 2018. At this date and time all bids received will be publicly opened, read and recorded.
