Please join the Montecito Firemen's Association Thursday, July 4, 2013 at the Annual 4th of July Pancake Breakfast.

Pancakes, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, and milk will be served by your local firefighters from 7:30 am to 11:00 am at Fire District Headquarters, 595 San Ysidro Rd.

Tickets are $8 each and can be purchased at the door.

Proceeds go to the Montecito Firefighter's Charitable Foundation.

MONTECITO, Ca. July 11, 2013 - Memorial Services for Sean Misner, one of the Fallen Firefighters of the Granite Mountain Hot Shot Crew, will be held Monday, July 15, Santa Ynez High School in the football stadium (2975 East Highway 246 Santa Ynez, California 93460) from 7PM to 9PM. Parking is very limited and carpooling is encouraged.

July 8, 2013 - Four off duty Firefighters and one retiree of the Montecito Fire Protection District will be joining hundreds of other agencies and firefighters attending the Granite Mountain Hot Shot Memorial Service in Prescott Arizona. In addition, one of our off duty Dispatchers has responded with several other Dispatchers from across the state of California to provide assistance in the Prescott and Yarnell

MONTECITO, CA - July 1, 2013 - The devastating loss of nineteen lives in the Arizona wildfire on June 30, 2013 has not only affected the fire service overall, but one of our own Montecito Fire families.

May 27, 2013 - 4:26 pm. Just before 3:00 pm today, Montecito Fire responded equipment to the vegetation fire that is in the vicinity of Paradise Road near the Los Padres National Forest campgrounds.
