Structure Fire - 127 Loureyro Road

April 27, 2015 7:45 a.m. - The Montecito Fire Protection District is currently on scene of a structure fire at 127 Loureyro Road. The original call was received at 7:27 a.m.

Upon arrival, Montecito Fire personnel found a small, single story structure burning. A second alarm was ordered at 7:38 a.m.

There are 6 engines, 1 truck company, 1 USAR unit for breathing air support, 1 squad, and several command vehicles on scene. Agencies on scene include: Montecito Fire Protection District, Santa Barbara City Fire Department, and Carpinteria-Summerland Fire District. Loureyro Road at North Jameson is closed; Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department and California Highway Patrol are assisting with traffic control.

Montecito Fire is fully back staffed with 2 engine companies.
