Fire Inspector/Engineer St. Oegger has been with the Montecito Fire protection District since July of 1997.

As Fire Inspector for the Fire District Dana continues to implement project development and time management to code enforcement and compliance of the California Fire Code, Title 19 C.C.R. and references to the Uniform Building Codes. Inspector St. Oegger inspects fire suppression systems which have been installed in Commercial buildings, Schools and residential structures to insure they are maintained in an acceptable manner and to provide a remedy for specific violations on an annual basis.

Inspector St. Oegger is a Certified Fire Officer and qualified as an Acting Captain. Prior to being employed by Montecito Fire he worked as a student firefighter for the City of Morro Bay and as a reserve for Montecito. Dana was promoted to engineer in March of 2006.
